As a real estate broker, I believe that the key to a successful real estate transaction is to approach every aspect of my business with integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service. And, as a mother of three, I understand the challenges associated with buying and selling real estate while maintaining personal and other professional obligations.
In addition to savvy negotiation skills and cutting edge marketing strategies, I make it my job to make the process as painless, easy, and fun as possible in every aspect when representing sellers, buyers, and investors in the sales process. Devotion to my clients’ needs, and an ability to clearly and effectively communicate are just a couple of the reasons my clients are some of the most loyal ones.
Having lived in Asheville for over 10 years, I not only have a unique perspective on our local real estate market, I am also engrossed in our rapidly changing, rich, and versatile community. That’s right! – I moved to Asheville before President Obama put it on the map!
While my family is from the North/Midwest, I grew up mostly in Central Florida in the small, quaint community of Mount Dora. I still visit Florida frequently to fish with my family, watch the sea turtles lay eggs, and boogie board with my children, but, Asheville is our home.
While I love to travel and explore, I couldn’t be more thankful to be raising my family in this rich and diverse geography and culture that IS Western North Carolina.
