I have been an Asheville resident since 1998, settling here with my two sons and dog after years of corporate relocations up and down the east coast. The experience of purchasing, remodeling and selling 8 houses set in motion the decision to get my real estate license. Since then, I have sought and achieved several professional designations acquired by only small percentage of Brokers nationwide. My approach to real estate is the same as I live my life, with patience, a calm good humor, professionalism and integrity.
A degree in Fine Arts along with a background in sales and design enhance my appreciation for the variety of art and culture this area has to offer. An early interest in Asheville history led to a membership in the The Preservation Society and two renovation projects in the Montford historic district.
Beyond always having some sort of home project in the works, I enjoy hiking with my dog, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
The wealth of options and diversity that are so unique to Asheville, make it such an interesting and vital place to live and the natural beauty of the area is unlike any other. I feel so fortunate to be a part of it all.
I love the challenges of real estate, meeting and working with clients, helping to navigate and ease the process of buying or selling a home. My experience has built a solid foundation of repeat and valued clients as well as strong relationships throughout the community.
I would love to share my knowledge of the area and help you with any real estate needs or questions.
