About Arden, NC
The city of Arden is located just 20 minutes South of Asheville and close to the airport. The real estate here is more affordable, but it’s not going to have the small mountain town feel that you get from the other surrounding areas of Asheville. While Arden does have some views, it is more the place if you’re looking for somewhere that’s close to the airport, so you can be a snowbird and not have to worry about getting in and out of town. There are plenty of close restaurants to choose from as well as shopping. Arden does have great proximity to Hendersonville where you can get more of a small-town feel.
