Candler, NC is a mid-sized town located on the Western edge of Buncombe County, only a 20 minutes drive to downtown Asheville. Surrounded by mountains, forests, and rivers, it is a great jumping-off point for all things outdoors. Take a day trip to Pisgah View State Park for a hike, or to take a horseback ride on one of its several equestrian trails. Downtown Candler offers several restaurant options including Doc Brown’s BBQ and Whisk Avl.
Candler has several options for home buying from historic homes in the center of downtown, to country homes with several acres. There are also large tracts of land available, some with long-range views.
